Pathetic experience. HR didn’t response to emails or calls after final round and salary discussion. Sr Manager salary they offered is equal to software developers salary in some organisations.
Unprofessional HR people I have ever interviewed. They don’t care about organisations reputation
by not replying to candidates. How these CG people are surviving with the tiny salary. They will take 5-6 rounds and waste your time. When you ask them for feedback they will not bother to reply you back.

Interview was really good and impressive. Capgemini is very good company. It is proved in survey as well. There is very good culture in Capgemini. People also like to work in Capgemini.
