2 day interview process. Rejected by HR directly without technical round. Interview was scheduled by consultancy Han digital. First day I went at 12 pm and after 1 hr they took first level discussion. After then I waited till 3pm and I left for other interview. I got confirmation for 2nd level discussion. I went another day at 12:30 but hr didn't know it was scheduled at 12:30 though consultancy have send me invite mail with keeping her in CC. And funny part is she rejected my candidature because she didn't knew the interview timing mentioned in mail. So First time rejected by HR without technical round.

Basic java question on collection, serialization, hibernate lazy loading, dialect, spring core container, application context, spring exception.
