The first round is with Team Lead, thats the screening process to select the desired candidates out of the attended candidates. If get through, the Manage will discuss the below things and finalize the candidate. HR will confirm and discuss about Salary.

Interview was useful and understandable. They asked me subject related questions and I have answered confidently all the questions. Interview level was medium. So Interview process was good and not very tough.

Entretien
This interview process consisted of two rounds. The first round was HR where she discussed my experience, P&C insurance knowledge, salary expectations and career goals. The second round was Ops round & technical discussion focusing on P&C Auto Insurance, Policy Endorsements, Coverage like UM and UIM. He also asked about CRM tools, SLA, process difficulty, about night shifts & work from office. Overall the interview was good & professional.
