vague, no straight forward question, no clear job overview, total a fake process, they only take you and many a time false opening is there just to showcase the strength to the competitors

I'm on the phone screen process, she sent me an e mail to set up an appointment for a phone screen interview, she sent me the schedule proposed and asked me if there was any other recruiter from Capgemini who had contacted me before. At the end of the call she told me that if the recruiter team should get in touch with me within 20 days

The questions that she asked me in the phone screen were: years of experience in Project Coordination, years of experience in consulting, list of technologies used, how many years of leading people, how many projects I led in the past, which is (are) the Major Industry Experience I have had. Her English (Indian accent) was difficult to understand.
