I applied on a wednesday, got called up on a thursday and offered the job on a friday. First interview was on the phones and it lasted for about an hour and the main gist of it all was about how i met sales targets and managed different computer applications. 2nd interview was a face to face interview and the interviewer already gave me sample questions tht would be asked on the interview day. like: describe a time when you had to go over and beyond to help a xo; how do you adjust to changing targets? etc
