J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez CIBC (Toronto, ON) en juill. 2022
Entretien
The telephone was great! The guy I spoke to made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the interview process. Give that guy a raise!
As for the virtual interview, it was horrible. Honestly, the interviewer did not seem interested in interviewing me. She sat back and crossed her arms, uninterested, and I think my nerves just got the best of me seeing her act the way she did. Then it went downhill. And she said she would give me a few min to look through questions and find the answers and to reword it back to her, but I only got a min or two. Honestly, CIBC needs to evaluate the hiring managers and see how they conduct their interviews. This made me want to end my actual financial relationship with CIBC. And not because I did not get the job, which I know I did not just by the way she ended the interview, but to know that I have someone like that manager involved in my finances. So hello RBC, goodbye CIBC.

Quick and easy. Was smooth as I knew the manager ( met her at my previous job). Would recommend to apply on careers page. Good company to work for. Ueuej

Really quick. There wasn’t a lot of questions and I was contacted each week. It was quite short and they really needed people. Most of the questions were basic and focused on customer service rather than balancing.
Just asked to do the assessment task and failed me. This has been happening with the CIBC since 2 years despite getting interviews from other banks. I don't know what could be the problem.
