Recruiter called to setup a 20 minutes initial screening interview. The screening interview was more of a grilling and checkmark than the good discussion interview. Even though it was behavioral interview, the recruiter seemed to be interested more into the answers she had

Very brief, and unstructured. Interviewer seemed to go off-book, and was asking very interesting questions. Had a lot of fun, and explored great topics; Difficult to prepare for. Best bet is probably to just get to know yourself well, prepare how to explain your own story, and have a great intro as that is the only portion of the interview you have full control over.
