Got a recruiter call scheduled. They told me a bit about the company and I spoke about my experience a little bit. They then scheduled me for a coding assessment interview. I asked if it will be practical or leetcode. Was told leetcode so I prepped for that every evening for a little over a week. When I went to the interview it turned out to be a simple make an api and call it problem. I was very thrown off that combined with organic interview nerves I felt I performed so-so. The interviewer was a bit stern and had a disapproving air at times. Combine this with the dev env not working properly for me, making it safe to say it was a poor experience. I didn’t work with the stack for a few months so it would’ve been nice to have had the chance to be able to prep and refresh the correct material. Asked for a follow up and got an automated rate your interview experience email instead. All in all a bad experience.
3 rounds, not that stressful, love the environment. more like to chat. And maybe it would be better to prepare some tech questions, it sould be really helpful. But the tech comes until the second, and third round is more like behavior questions.
Typical software engineer process. First telephone resume screening. and then OA and then Onsite interview. Each step is average difficult. But HR did ask some personal private questions which made me unconfortable.

I first had a call with the recruiter to discuss the role, my background, and my experience. After that, I was invited to Round 1 with the manager.
The interview was mostly behavioral and focused heavily on teamwork, collaboration, and communication-related topics. Toward the end, there were also a few technical questions covering C++, DSA fundamentals, and other stuff related to the role.
Overall, the process felt professional and respectful. The manager was kind, approachable, and treated me with respect throughout the interview.
