Entretien
The interview process began with an initial HR screening, where we discussed my background and general fit for the role. The second round was with the hiring manager and a senior principal engineer, who primarily asked basic questions about my past projects and my role in them. However, it seemed like the interviewers were not entirely sure about what they were looking for in a candidate.

The Interview had 4 rounds. It was a month long process. After I applied on thier website, I got response after a month. Then the first round of interview is with HR (all the interviews are on Zoom with video). General discussion of my work experience, about the company etc.
After that I got an email that I am selected for 2nd round - Interview with hiring manager (US based). The interview was mostly non technical. The discussion was around my background, tech stack used in their team, And lot of behavioural questions. The next round was technical - with hands on coding problem on their online platform and some oral questions on core Java. The coding problem was fairly easy (CC detection using the patterns of input CC numbers)but lot of discussion on the process of approaching the solution . After the solution worked correctly with the test cases they provided, the manager provided another set of question to enhance the solution provided. The only thing is that the coding problem had a time constraint and we shd be arriving at solution that passes all their pre-defined test cases.
The final round was with the manager again but the discussion was on one my previous application (including dev ops setup etc) in detail.
After these many rounds, I did not get offer as I lacked required experience for the role!!!. My only question was that why shd the company waste my time and its resources if the misfit was in my experience.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
behavioural questions -> Java coding problem -> descussion on previous project in detail
Recruiter interview followed by panel interview. Recruiter interview was generic and then passed onto panel interview. Panel Interview was a big red flag when one of the tech interviewers was very quiet till a point and then asked randomn technical question. Manager looked bored and disinterested. Questions were very generic. Was interested in my experience not related to this role. So probably fishing for free information. I would advise candidates to be very wary. Surprising ending is the rejection email that came few hours after the interview. That was the icing on the cake.
