The HR person called me for an interview and he went over the role (very briefly and rushed) and then asked me the most thoughtless questions like why I did contract roles in the past (he seriously asked me this) what my sales were in past roles, why I was looking etc. I could tell by his questioning and the repeating of the same questions and by how unintelligent the questions were that he 1) was not listening to my answers 2) was not very interested in his role and 3) that he could be deeply inexperienced. I feel that when HR staff ask about why you did a contract role or focus too much on irrelevant details, they ultimately lack the skills required to hire talented people. BTW - I also checked his LinkedIn profile and hes been jumping from role to role himself so I feel he was a bit judgemental and condesending to me for no reason. As soon as we hung up (the interview ended up dragging out wayyy to long and it was extremely painful listening to his utter rudeness) I withdrew my application immediately. I would never want to work with a company that treats employees like this. Absolutely awful treatment. I have blacklisted this company.

"My question was what did you do to continue the relationship with the client" *(he doesn't listen well so you end up repeating yourself)...
Very friendly recruiter, interesting conversation but unfortunately didn't lead to a second interview because of not being well prepared to the question of salary expectation. I've been freelancing for a while so I was ill prepared to answer in the yearly contract term. My bad! hope doesn't happen to anyone that question is crucial in sales.
Great interviewers - great feedback given - difficult process though with lots of stages, eventually got an offer though which was appreciated. Consisted of phone call, online test, online Zoom meetings, and face to face meetings in offices with multiple directors.

Entretien
The process was organised until they ghosted me after a sales role play, when so many hours of preparation were already invested. This was disheartening because during the HR screening it was stressed that culture is important, and one of their values is accountability, how ironic.
In the end I got an offer from another company, but it does not do the company service to show an attitude like that.
