Company engineers are trapped into thinking that senior engineers should solve leetcode hard problems. Interviewer had absolutely no experience properly interviewing people. I was given the minimum window substring problem to solve in 45 mins. Unless you have done this before there is no way anyone is solving this without help. The interviewer provided no helpful examples - he just sat and watched me struggle.
2 system design, 1 coding, 1 hiring manager.
System design focussed on standard questions (design a room reservation system and a messenger).
The coding interview was very simple.
Hiring manager screen involved digging deeper into the past experience.

Recruiter round - HM round - technical screen round.
The process is frustrating and very slow. I had to follow up with the recruiter and a scheduler at every stage.
It took them 2 -3 weeks to get back from each round. After stringing me along for 6 weeks and repeatedly requesting for next steps they rejected me without any feedback.

Usual tech recruiter round and HM questions. Everyone was extremely disorganized and had no clue about the position. They kept saying this is a new position and they're figuring out stuff.
