The interview itself was not a long process, I received an email for a phone interview, and than a call back for a in person interview. The in person interview was not long, and it was very laid-back. still waiting to hear back from them to see if they extend an offer

The interview process was smooth and swift. It's just the fact that I got ghosted. They said they would notify me in a week if I got a second interview, and the following week, they said they hoped to have someone picked. It's been four weeks, and I have heard nothing. I even emailed them and still didn't receive a response.

I only made it through the initial phone screening. I was very excited since AMEX is known for great work life balance. My interviewer was a former EA who gleamed about flexibility within the company and the HR Team.

Emailed automatic rejection after not a peep for over a week after final interview. Such a crappy and impersonal experience
