Very good flexible benefits package; ok vacation policy; we have coffee machines now but they're honestly pretty gross.
You are able to customize your benefits package however it is not the best. If you want higher coverage you need to pay a lot extra out of your own pocket to receive a higher benefit coverage, the base that is provided to you by Amex is not good.
