There can be multiple rounds depending on the role. One with recruiter, one with hiring leader and then an assessment. After all of these, salary negotiation comes in picture. Someone who is conversational, can clear the rounds easily.

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
