They took 4 rounds for non-referrals and 3 rounds for referral candidates. They selected only referral candidates.
Business head took my 4th round and told me for next round but HR informed that u r not selected after 3 days.
There is no appreciation for good talents.
Hr is pathetic, they came and ask me to mention their name in "source" so they can earn somthing.

Overall good, not too deep in profiling.
Personality matters alot along with communication and sales skills.
Confidence is a must.
Interview was basic which checked sales skills and ability to sale a product.
Also checked the ability to perform under pressure.

very easy any tom n harry can crack it, just have a 10 minute conversation and you are done.just answer few questions like which college u have studied from n stuff like that
