Le processus a pris 4 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express (Brighton, Angleterre) en janv. 2016
Entretien
I applied online on Monday. I received an email for a telephone interview on Wednesday and had my telephone interview on Thursday. The interview went well apart from the lady who was interviewing me did not speak brilliant English and was fumbling quite a bit. A couple of the questions I was asked were practically the same but worded differently so I was trying not to repeat myself. Also when they asked for the telephone number to call me on I gave them my house number knowing I get bad mobile signal but they phoned me on my mobile meaning I kept having to ask her to repeat the question as the line was so bad.

Question 1
Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Question 1
I am located in Hong Kong. If you work in a Cha Chaan Teng, do you think politeness is important?
Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
