Very Convenient. I love the use of technology in the process and the On-demand interview with Hire Vue. It was more comfortable to use at my convenience and I was able to put my best foot forward to show my personality and skills. Every one I had contact with made me feel like an individual not a number lost in a global brand. Still in the interviewing process so will give more feedback as I progress through the stages.

There was a long interview process, jumping between four to five different people. and then a long background check process. Overall, the process ran pretty smoothly but was very long

Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
