I completed a video interview and then made it to a second round live interview. The recruiter changed my interview time five different times. During my interview, both of the interviewers showed up late. I was then ghosted after following up multiple times.

Online recorded interview. 20 seconds to prepare each question, no retakes. Questions were often long paragraphs which took up most of the prep time had many spelling errors, making themunprofessional and hard to read.

It was not bad, pretty good throughout. overall interesting and felt well thought out. I enjoyed this interview process and would recommend it. The entire process took a few months but was not offered at the end.
