HR does initial screen. Hiring leader does second screen. Then you meet a couple of his colleagues that you'd work with most or that he/she respects most. Then you meet his boss. Then you meet his boss' boss for final interview. So that's 5 interviews to get one job. It's a long road so be patient and persistent and prepared. They'll ask you to tell you about your background, what skills are transferrable to job, previous experiences that relevant to job, what you'd do if hired, what the biggest challenges are, etc...

Excellent. Was over the phone. They were very friendly and the interview was the typical introductory call. We both agreed that the position didn't suit where I was in my career

3 rounds of interviews with Hiring leader, VP and SVP. Final round was just a stamp of approval interview. This was for an internal role and they needed someone right away so the entire process took less than 2 weeks

It was a long process, about 6 weeks. Interviews themselves were pretty standard, got to meet a number of team members to get a sense of the culture which was helpful. Had to come in 7 times, and in the final interview I was told I might get an offer but had to wait until the next week. After the offer came through it took two full weeks to confirm the offer plus additional time to get the background check done. Don't be alarmed, it takes forever. Thorough process.
