Applied on company website. Received an HR phone call a couple of days later. Went through a phone HR screening interview. Next had a group/team interview with 3 people on the call. Then had an interview with my potential boss and his boss to meet me and get a feel for my ambitions. Finally, had a technical interview. At which point, I was given an offer letter.

It was a professional and well coordinated interview process.
I had multiple rounds of discussions with leadership teams.
HR and Finance were discussed in the end.
Leadership team seems like welcome to ideas and suggestions.

It was not very difficult. Interviewer was nice. Asked a few questions on puzzles and guesstimates. Some math questions too were asked. It was a nice experience. There were three rounds in total. First was technical, second logical and third waS behavioural

All round where phone based. VP rounds was more of a formality - talking about the team and work. Other 2 were slightly technical and CV based
