My interview was conducted at Grace Hopper Celebration (GHC) conference. I received an email from them saying they are interested and asked a couple of questions over email (what kind of tools and methodologies I have used, any background in risk analytics).
They scheduled the next round to be conducted at GHC. Prior to the interview, the HR emailed me regarding what to expect. I prepared accordingly, but none of the questions were asked based on what was communicated by the HR. On top of that, the interviewer didn't have my resume and told me there was a mix up and that they were actually considering someone else with the same name but different university. I don't understand how that happened since the HR corresponded with me via my university email. I had also sent her my resume again, which just goes to show how great she is at her job—clearly, she didn't bother to check which university I'm from. These things kind of thew me off track before the interview.

1st round with Director, talked about the projects you have done and simple questions on the algorithm. 2nd round with VP, talked about the current role and your experience.
They were very nice and friendly. Although it took a long time of interview process, I had good impression on this company
