got an online assessment after attending a career fair, then did two interviews one behavioral one technical about the online assessment. overall the interview went well and received an offer the following week

Entretien
It was all online. There was a 30 minute behavioral interview followed by a 45 minute technical interview. They were conducted by 2 separate interviewers with a 30 minute break in between. The technical interview consisted of 2 coding questions. Overall interview process was very smooth, the interviewers were friendly and very enthusiastic about working for Amex.

after the Online Assessment one phone interview with recruiter and two video interview back to back with engineers. Relatively easy and not too technical at least compared to tech companies.
