First round: Was held on my college campus. Consisted of one 2 30 minute interviews with behavioral/finance questions about American Express Second Round: Superday was held at the New York office. It consisted of two interviews asking further behavioral/resume questions as well as questions about the firm and finance components as well.

2 45-minute phone interviews with people from Finance department. First interview was more situational and related to prior experiences, such as the average interview questions. The second interview was more analytical.
