The interview process was pretty straight forward. I applied online, and received an email from the AXP Recruiter two days later stating that they had 'received [my] application for this role and were impressed with [my] background,' and that they 'would like to schedule a 30 minute phone-screen to discuss this opportunity with [me].' I replied with back to the email confirming the day & time and received an email shortly thereafter to schedule the time on my calendar.
