Had a phone interview for the Compliance Analyst position which lasted about 20 minutes. The interview was conducted by HR and it was mainly behavioural type of questions. I was told that I would receive feedback by end of day the following day. Its been over a month and I haven't heard back from anyone at American Express HR despite multiple email follow up. Disappointed with the way they treat the applicants - least they could do is send the generic email rejection if they will not be proceeding with their candidacy.

The goal of each question asked by the interviewer was to gain examples of your experience and how it related to the job at hand. Hiring managers were very kind and open to share their experience while also learning about your own.

Went through multiple rounds, everyone was friendly and asked mostly soft skill questions. I didn't end up going through with the full application process, because I got a different offer but overall it was very friendly.
Interview with director and VP. More of a general approach instead of the STAR method but they can throw anything at you. I like the process overall but not the pay!
