First round of Interview was a Telephonic round where in the recruiter asked me about the basic information and any experience if i have got.
2nd round of interview was again about the Basic Information but with HR.
3rd round of Interview was with a Team Leader(Process Manager) where in i was asked questions about my Past Experience and many questions related to Accounts.
4th round was with the Process Head, who again asked questions about my Experience and a little discussion on my Career Path.
Lat round was with HR where in i was offered Employment with American Express and included discussion on Salary and all related aspects.

Did the application online and received an email that I wasn't chosen a couple of months later. I am also a Sophomore in college so they are probably looking for Juniors or Seniors.
Applied through school recruiting. Entire process took about 3 weeks. There were two rounds: a behavioral and a technical, each with two interviewers. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
