J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez American Express (Phoenix, AZ) en oct. 2009
Entretien
Very polite and professional. You should dress to impress. Your phone interview is very important. After your phone interview you will go in for a in person interview. READ the walls and everything around you. You will have to wait in the lobby and all the walls have signs telling you what American Express belives in and truthly base they whole job and company on these principles

Question 1
Tell me a time you delt with an irrrate customer and how did you handle this.
Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

I am located in Hong Kong. If you work in a Cha Chaan Teng, do you think politeness is important?
Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
