Applied online. After a couple of days I receive an email to arrange a telephone interview. The lady over the phone was really nice, but the quality of the questions very questionable. Anyway, after one week I received an email saying that they wouldn't progress the application, without given a reason and I couldn't get hold of the lady I interviewed with.

3 different calls with executives and then one in person interview at their North York office. Everything seemed to be reasonable except the in person interview which is hard to do when you’re employed
I had 2 interviews one with two team leaders within the sales team and one with the director of the department. Was relatively straightforward and asked questions around my competency , past experience, ability hit sales targets.

Entretien
2 interviews and an assessment with some mathematical questions. On the second interview there is a role play call which was a bit difficult to do without having the product knowledge but they were just looking to see phone manner.
