It was 3-phase process and it was fantastic. First was an interview with a team member in the team I was to begin at. The next step was with a director and the final interview was with a VP. Each interview took 30 minutes and it was smooth. Communication was excellent all through. They were quite pleasant and the questions were directly relevant to the role.
