A long process starting with HR phone screen, 1:1 interview, direct manager interview and full day of 5 interviews with demo at the end.
behavioral interviews focusing on the Amazon Leadership principles.
Very organized and structured process. Overall the experience was very positive.

Do you feel that sometimes managment don't see the all picture? Example of when you didn't agree with your manager
Tell me about an internal process that you've improved
Versant was the first round, from what I remember. Then it was a face to face round of interview with a senior manager. He asked about previous retail experiences, questions about how to keep a customer happy and retian the customer.

Entretien
The interview included two questions: Tell me about yourself and a one-minute JAM topic, assessing communication skills, confidence, clarity, overall presentation and basic speaking ability throughout the interview process effectively..
Great management, it was a walk in drive and the HR team was able to manage everything well. Enjoyed the process.
