Entretien
The process was quite extensive. It started with a phone interview regarding my background and previous job experiences. Previous to this, I had e-mailed my resume so the interviewer. This was followed by a Skype interview with the main focus on presenting a promotion involving a consumer packaged good (chocolate, peanut butter). Once this part of the interview was done, it was proceeded by situtional questions (i.e.: what would you do when dealing with a difficult coworker). The whole interview took about an hour and depending on where you're located, it can be either face to face or Skype interview. I was offered a position an hour later followed by information about drug screening.

3 step interview process: 2 phone interviews, and an in-person interview, or a Skype interview if you are out of the city. Expect a 30 min conversation for each phone call, and a panel interview for the 3rd step.

I applied online, then got a call a few weeks later, as a screening process. I then had to make a 2 minute video describing "my brand", and discussed the process the next day.

Entretien
Received a phone call discussing interest in the position and a brief background about it. Talked about various things including academic background and career aspirations. The next round of interviewing was to submit a video about your "brand" and then a follow up discussion about your "brand". This round ended with setting up a final round of interviewing with the location that I chose to pursue the program. Spoke to the supervisor for about 30 minutes and at the end was told I would hear back regarding an offer or not in the following weeks.
