      Avantages

      The money is great, guys on the floor are awesome and very skilled tradesmen. They offer fly in fly out for those who do not wish to live in s northern community

      Inconvénients

      Management has no idea what they're doing and very much has an "old boys" club and they have lost the trust of the employees. The camp for the fly in and out people has suffered greatly due to cutbacks.
