      As a Shell JV company it adopts Shell high levels of compliance, HSSE frame work and also code of conduct. Company has solid performance yoy leading retail market share in lubricants business in KSA and comes in second place wrt overall market share.

      Inconvénients

      Requires to take some bold moves with respect to establishing solid base for the medium long term business.
