      Avantages

      most staff are excellent, training is excellent, opportunities for international travel are there (although not always)

      Inconvénients

      lots of procedures, safe, mostly a good thing but sometimes to the point of ridiculousness (particularly for office activities), very prescriptive in their career paths- once you are in one stream it's very hard to switch
