Avantages
worked there for almost 3 years. overall a good company. I feel HR in Shell has a faster career advancement than other disciplines like finance or customer ops even though the pay grade is the same. Policies are wholesome and widely implemented to protect employee's wellbeing.
Inconvénients
the department i worked in has too much politics. even after leaving 2 years later, i still hear about politicking in the department.
