      Good salary Awesome work life balance Too much care of employees Business class travel irrespective of level Cultural activities and values

      Too much of bureaucracy Give importance to visibility and extra curricular activities more than actual work Line Manager controls everything Very difficult to get promotion, they have 4 year window for promotion and if you miss the opportunity, you will have to wait for another 4 years for promotion or you have to leave the company
