Good overall package, employment stability. The organization is so huge that it is easy to find a very interesting niche. Relatively many virtual working options.
Inconvénients
The company is lagging behind on the IT side which is frustrating. Making a change is very difficult and time consuming process. Base salary is only above median for large international companies.
