nCino Employees were invited to participate in Thanksgiving festivities with the Boys and Girls Club by volunteering and sharing their feast. They had a wonderful time serving food and helped feed hundreds of kids. Thank you to our nCino family for spreading joy and making a difference in the community!
nCino was proud to sponsor the Wilmington Symphony's Project 1898 concert. This concert was dedicated to remembering the historic events that took place in Wilmington in November of 1898. This concert featured the phenomenal talents of Sphinx Competition Winner, Adé Williams, performing Tchaikovsky's Violin Concerto, in addition to the premiere of a new work by Algernon Robinson, both in honor of the 125th anniversary of the Wilmington coup d’état and massacre.
Last week nCino employees and members of the AAPI Alliance participated in a global Onigiri-Action challenge hosted by Table for Two USA. By capturing photos with Onigiri, a Japanese rice ball, and sharing them on their website or social media they contributed to providing meals for children worldwide. This resulted in the donation of 70 school meals to children in need. Additionally, employees attended an Onigiri-making class, where they learned the process and enjoyed their delicious creations.
Connie Woolard, a University Principal Trainer on nCino's Education Services Team has been with nCino for six years. As trainer, Connie has valuable advice for newcomers at nCino, emphasizing the importance of continuous learning, broadening one's understanding of the company, and being unafraid to ask questions. Connie embodies the company's core value of "Have fun," and balances hard work with a lighthearted approach. As a Wilmington-based employee, her favorite way to end the day is a boat ride along the Intracoastal Waterway.

On Veterans day at nCino we celebrated our incredible employees who served in the US military. We heard inspiring stories from our leaders and colleagues in a panel discussion while they shared their military experiences and journey into the workforce. A celebration lunch was also held to pay tribute to their service, in support of a Wilmington veteran owned business. Let's continue to come together to show our gratitude and respect to those who have served!
October was Breast Cancer Awareness Month in the U.S., and our Employee Resource Group, Women nTech, hosted a few great events to raise awareness and support in honor of those battling breast cancer. In addition to wearing pink and fundraising for the Susan G. Komer 3 Day Walk to fight breast cancer, Women nTech also hosted a mobile mammography unit on site at our Wilmington HQ! We understand that women's health is important, and the best protection against breast cancer is early detection. That's why we offer inclusive and comprehensive benefits that aim to keep our employees as healthy and happy as possible.

Beyond work, she enjoys crocheting, playing the piano, and participating in marathons and triathlons (in addition to running after her two toddlers)!
Last week we celebrated Gator Day at nCino. We had the honor of recognizing an incredible group of over 30 employees from across departments and offices with our coveted Gator awards. These quarterly awards are based on peer nominations, and recognize employees who go above and beyond to exemplify nCino’s core values every day. Congratulations to all our Gators, and keep up the great work!
This October, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month, our nCino Veterans Network dedicated their monthly workout to support those fighting cancer and took a powerful ruck walk.
