Congratulations to our Executive Leadership Development Program 2023 graduating class 👏 In partnership with The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and EQUIIDA Leadership Consulting, 31 global senior leaders representing all facets of the business engaged in a year-long development journey focused on building leadership and business capabilities. The rigorous program included a 360-Degree survey and development plan, two intensive academic residencies at Booth’s Chicago and London campuses, virtual learning sessions, and a team-based Action Learning Project sponsored by an executive committee member and presented to the entire executive team.
