Trimont's mental health and wellness group, N.E.W. (Nurturing Everyday Wellness) recently hosted "#TakeAMoment for Meditation," which encouraged team members to step away for a moment and decompress. During the session, we gathered on yoga mats and participated in a guided meditation, learning about the practice and its numerous benefits for mental and physical well-being. It was an enriching experience that highlighted the importance of taking time for self-care and mindfulness in our busy lives. 🌈 Recently #TeamTrimont celebrated at Atlanta's 2024 Pride Parade! Trimont proudly participated in the Atlanta Pride Parade, walking two miles through Midtown Atlanta to celebrate inclusion and equality. Led by Rickey Robinson, captain of our TriPride resource group, #TeamTrimont with their families and friends participated in the parade alongside 8,000 other supporters. As Hispanic Heritage Month comes to a close, we are grateful for the opportunity to honor the #VibrantVoices and rich cultural contributions of the Hispanic and Latino communities. #TeamTrimont enjoyed a traditional game of Loteria, where participants learned about the history and traditions behind this beloved game while enjoying delicious food from Venezuela and Panama. Our second event combined the art of making sangria with the joy of salsa dancing. Participants learned about the history of sangria, made their own drinks, and danced to lively salsa music with the help of a professional dancer. Trimont won the same award in the USA in 2021 and 2022, and in Europe in 2020. The shortlist for the award was selected on several criteria including loan servicing volumes, client satisfaction, technology and ESG initiatives. The nomination season came at a challenging time for the US commercial real estate market with stubborn inflation, global geopolitical uncertainties and CRE asset value declines curtailing investment and lending activity.
