At Trimont, we know that real change happens when we come together—both in our workplace and in our communities. This month, our TriPride LGBTQ+ resource group has been busy making a difference! First, TriPride members walked in the Atlanta Pride parade, joining thousands in a celebration of love, acceptance, and unity. The energy was inspiring, and it was a powerful reminder of the importance of visibility and allyship. But they didn’t stop there. Last week, TriPride partnered with Lost-n-Found Youth, an organization supporting LGBTQ+ youth experiencing homelessness. Through the Threads of Belonging initiative, our volunteers spent time at the Lost-n-Found Youth thrift store—sorting clothing, organizing racks, and assisting with inventory management. Thank you to everyone who participated! #Pride #Community #Inclusion #Belonging
As Hispanic Heritage Month came to a close last week, Trimont’s VIVA! Hispanic and Latino resource group brought our team together to celebrate culture, community, and connection. We kicked off the festivities at Atlanta United’s Latin Heritage Night—an electrifying evening of fútbol, music, and shared pride. Back at the office, our “Spice Up Your Fall Fiesta” event added even more excitement, featuring authentic flavors, a talented caricature artist, and lively games of UNO and Dominos. The laughter, friendly competition, and sense of belonging made it a truly memorable experience. Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month. Your enthusiasm and support help make Trimont a workplace where diversity and inclusion are celebrated every day. #HispanicHeritageMonth #DiversityAndInclusion
Diwali, the Festival of Lights, is a time to celebrate joy, togetherness, and rich cultural traditions. This year, our Bengaluru and Hyderabad teams brought the Diwali spirit to life by transforming our offices with vibrant décor, hosting a lively treasure hunt, organizing creative diya painting workshops, and setting up a colorful temporary tattoo parlor. Special thanks to our India Diwali Planning Committee for making these celebrations truly unforgettable! The festivities continue this week across the Americas, where our teams will gather for a Diwali Watch Party. Highlights include an introduction to the festival, and a screening of Mohabbatein’s iconic Diwali scene. Team members will also enjoy Indian-inspired desserts, refreshing juices, DIY mehndi, and temporary tattoos. At Trimont, we take pride in honoring the diversity and traditions that make our global team unique. Wishing everyone a bright and joyful Diwali! 🪔 #Diwali #FestivalOfLights #TeamTrimont #Culture #Celebration #Diversity #Inclusion
Last month, our Black professionals resource group, VIBE, in Charlotte rallied together for the "Spread the Love PB&J Drive," supporting Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina. Thanks to the incredible enthusiasm and generosity of our team, we collected an amazing 255 lbs of peanut butter and jelly—enough to make over 2,200 sandwiches and reach more than 1,100 people in our local community! We’re honored to make a meaningful impact and deeply appreciate everyone who joined in. A big thank you to Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina (SHMETROLINA) for your tireless dedication to fighting hunger every day. #TrimontCares #VIBE #SecondHarvestFoodBank

October marks National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM), an opportunity to recognize the invaluable contributions of workers with disabilities and reaffirm our commitment to inclusive, accessible workplaces. This year, as NDEAM celebrates its 80th anniversary with the theme “Celebrating Value and Talent,” Trimont is proud to honor this milestone through education, engagement, and action. As part of our efforts, our team will participate in an internal webinar led by Lisa DeMoss of the Job Accommodation Network, focusing on practical strategies to support adults with Down Syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities in the workplace. At Trimont, we believe that diversity, equity, and inclusion are essential to our success. #NDEAM #DEI #Inclusion #Accessibility #TrimontCares #DisabilityAwareness
Last week, #TeamTrimont in Sydney joined forces with Habitat for Humanity Australia’s Bushfire Resilience Program in the Blue Mountains. #TeamTrimont recently stepped out of the office in London to help out with The Felix Project, London’s largest food redistribution charity. The Felix Project rescues high-quality surplus food that would otherwise go to waste and delivers it to over 1,200 community organisations across the capital—helping to support the estimated 325,000 working families in London who regularly struggle to feed their children. Inspired by Felix’s mission, our team spent time in the kitchen and the orchard, packing meals and picking pears. What an incredible evening at the CRE Finance Council Women’s Network Guest Bartending Fundraiser in New York! Trimont’s Leslie Hayton joined industry peers behind the bar, helping to raise over USD 100,000 this year for Girls Inc.—surpassing last year’s total and setting a new record for the event. Every dollar raised supports Girls Inc. in their mission to empower girls across the U.S. and Canada through mentorship, advocacy, and evidence-based programs. A big thank you to everyone who donated and made this night a success! #CREFC #WomensNetwork #GirlsInc #CRE #CommunityImpact
