Yesterday marked an exciting milestone for Trimont as we officially opened the doors to our new Charlotte, North Carolina office—welcoming a full house of colleagues and senior leaders for a memorable ribbon cutting celebration. This new chapter follows our acquisition of Wells Fargo’s CMS business last March and is the result of close collaboration with our outstanding partners: Savills, Balfour Beatty US, ASD | SKY, turnerboone, Tarkett, and Security Equipment, Inc.. Together, we have created a space that reflects our ongoing investment in our people and our commitment to the Charlotte region. Centrally located, with floor-to-ceiling windows and stunning views of Uptown, our modern office features open workstations, an abundance of huddle rooms, an edgy social hub, wellness rooms, and a game room, all intended to encourage the teamwork and connection that drive our business forward. Established just two years ago, our TRGs have become a cornerstone of our culture, encouraging collaboration, inclusion, and professional growth. This ceremony brought together co-captains and leads from multiple Trimont offices—including one who traveled all the way from London—to recognize their dedication and leadership. Cancer impacts every workplace, but stigma and insecurity around it don’t have to. At Trimont, we are dedicated to providing an environment of support, flexibility and resources for employees living with cancer and their caregivers. To show our commitment, we have signed the Working with Cancer Initiative pledge, joining a global movement to ensure no one faces cancer alone at work. We believe every team member deserves understanding and support. In honor of National Caregivers Month, our N.E.W. mental health and wellness group, along with subgroup Trimont Cares, hosted an event to recognize and celebrate caregivers—sharing resources and connecting over cupcakes. Driving out hunger, one putt at a time! ⛳ In October, Trimont teams around the world joined our “Par for the Cause” event, turning donated canned goods into creative mini golf holes and friendly competition.
