Pride Month is underway, a time when we celebrate the impact LGBTQIA+ individuals have had on history, recognize their contributions, and celebrate diversity. If you are looking for ways to celebrate Pride, here are 10 ideas that you can do to contribute to creating a more inclusive society.
On May 13, our employees had a mental health day off, the first of two this year. We introduced two global mental health paid holidays during the pandemic, one in May and one in October, which are now permanent holidays. Employees are encouraged to use this time with intention and to do something that gives the day meaning to them.
