J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zendesk (Seattle, WA) en avr. 2024
Entretien
The questions asked and process was fairly standard for PM interviews. I felt like they were fair questions, though with one individual, there were some instances where it was unclear what the intent of the question was. A bit like a trap question or two. Besides that, I was really excited at the opportunity.
I finished all the rounds before before informed they were not extending an offer to me. At this point, I had asked for any generic reasoning, so that I could assess growth areas for myself. They would not disclose any reasoning. This is pretty disappointing given how much time and energy one puts into an interview.

The interview process was impressively comprehensive and moved at a great pace. The stages included a Hiring Manager screen, a "Level Up" session with a PM, a case study, a Technical Manager interview, a formal Panel Interview to present the case study, and final rounds with the Director and VP.
While the efficiency was top-notch, the experience would be even better with more transparent communication regarding the outcome of each specific round.

Recruiter round, hiring manager and then 3 different rounds with essentially your squad.
Shocked that they straight up ghosted me after 3 weeks of commitment and hours on calls. No one will respond lol. Wouldn’t interview with them again. Must be like this internally too.
