      I applied for two jobs (one senior role, one team lead), which both felt could be a match considering my experience I gathered in the past 12 years in that industry. I already received an automated job declination for the first job, before I even had the interview. Why do you invite someone for a job interview, if you then decide to send them a rejection 2 weeks later? After I ve sent two emails to clarify, I never got a response. So I thought I will wait for the actual job interview one month later, which then got rescheduled 2 hours before, with the excuse, that she had a cancelled flight. As I took a day off work from my current job, this was very frustrating with such short notice. The next interview then was scheduled for another 10 days later. The zoom call was cut in the middle of the conversation with her hanging up, with the explanation, that she had another interview afterwards. Again, so disrespectful! In the interview the talent acquisition manager told me, that she doesn't think I can lead a team. How does she even know, after speaking to me for 10 minutes??? I find this behaviour so poor, sad and disrespectful. How can this person work in this job? It all ended with an another automated rejection response in the end. For everyone applying in this company: don’t waste your time! The payment is very low and the working mentality is poor and the talent acquisition management is a disaster.
