I applied via LinkedIn. A recruitment Consultant reached out and had a 30 min chat with me about my experience, motivation, salary expectation. In a few days I received an invite for an interview with hiring manager. It was more detailed in terms of my competencies, experience. A position was well explained to me. Another step was interview with other Finance departament staff, potential teams to cooperate with. I could ask questions about the departament, company, etc.
