On telephone (40 minutes) they were asking to tell more about yourself and professional experience relevant for this position. Personal interview candidate+ 3 people from Zalando ( 1 from HR+ 2 from department which is rercuiting). Great plus that it was an honest personal interview- during this conversation if they liked my idea we discussed it and they said about strenghts or weaknesses. What is the most important I was eagered at the end of every inerview to ask my own questiones, better be prepared you should ask them! Whole personal interview took an hour. However I can say that it is difficult to have interview with 3 recruiters at the same time.
