The interview process had five steps. The first one was with the recruiter. The second one was a general programming interview. The third one was a coding interview. The fourth one was a design system interview, and the last interview was a talent acquisition one.

In the first interview, the recruiter described the project, position, and the company. Also, he asked me general questions about my experiences.

The interviewer was looking desperately tired and unfocused. Didn't join the interview on time. I had to find someone else to ping him to join.
The questions were generic and related. However, it took 2 weeks for the interviewer to send the results of a basic questionnaire to move forward.
I was overall hugely disappointed with that.
