HR reached me for the initial call after we scheduled it everything was normal. It was about my past experience and my motivation to join the company. When it comes to the second round - they called preliminary - we determined the date and time but nobody came to the call and also did not bother themselves notifying me before! I waited around 15 minutes and mailed HR about the situation. This was really sad because I prepared for this call very hard. Of course, HR was sorry about that and told me they will explain the next step very soon. Again I waited 4-5 days to get explanation but no:) I mailed HR again and asked how soon? Again HR was very very sorry about that. Then I got a mail from one of the fellows which says the position is currently on hold:) Thanks for this amazing experience. Thought that everybody should hear about that!
