The initial interview with a freelance recruiter was very nice and she answered all of my questions. Another recruiter then took over and she send me a codility test, which I passed, so she said they will schedule an interview with the hiring manager. She then went silent for a month and a half, and never responded to my emails. After almost 2 months I received a very "informative" email saying they won't be moving with my profile. I guess something must have happened that's outside her control (changes in structure, funds being diverted, etc.), but not responding to emails is no way to treat candidates.
